Processing

  • Our dedicated bandsaw team specialise in cutting fish to your specification, this can be small or large frozen blocks, depending on what your requirement is. We can cut the following:

    J-cutting

    Salmon fillets cut to spec

  • We offer a range of services, including:

    Packing

  • A box of frozen fish fillets separated by interleaved polyethylene sheets. Dropping the box, "shattering" the pack is a thing of the past with our brand new shattering machinery! Using this machinery ensures that no fillets are broken or damaged.

  • We have the ability to completely process your order and even finish it with your own logo on the packaging. Branded boxes are just another level of professionalism you can offer to your business.

  • Freezing by circulating cold air over seafood in trays or racks. We use a state of the art computerised blast freezer to ensure a fast and efficient process.
